After purchasing the entire farm and agricultural restructuring have waited 10 years with a lot of sacrifices, the Sign. Ennio and Mrs. Iole finally realize the dream to open their restaurant business featuring the cuisine of Teramo simple and true. The later arrival of chef Luciano Pledges brings a breath of fresh air in the kitchen of his strong experience abroad in Tuscany and the chef reinterprets traditional recipes with its professional maturity and enhanced with care and imagination in the presentation. In 2005, the hotel is also born and now the Red House is a modern hotel, with a large and cozy dining room and a wood-burning pizza oven in full view, with the aim of offering the typical cuisine of Teramo through genuine products and quality.
